The right way to learn Product Management is to Build a Product
I strongly believe that great product managers are shaped not just by frameworks, but by real-world problem solving. That belief has guided my entire journey.
My interest in product began with a simple question: what real problem is worth solving for customers? Instead of starting with a solution, I focused on deeply understanding customer pain points, validating the problem with real users, and ensuring there was genuine value to be created.
This approach led me to build Click&Pay in 2016, a product born from firsthand customer insights and iterative learning. I worked closely with early customers, refined the product based on their feedback, and learned what it truly takes to take an idea from concept to market. In 2018, Click&Pay was acquired by Zaggle, reinforcing my belief that customer-first products create meaningful business outcomes.
Since then, I’ve launched 5 products end-to-end, from ideation and validation to launch and scale. Across startups, growth stage companies and enterprise companies, I’ve consistently focused on:
Building products has been my greatest teacher, and customer value has always remained my guiding principle.
